I found the 'Miang' of prawns and pomelo on betel leaves with a palm tamarind dressing and crispy garlic the most interesting as seldom I see this being served in a Thai restaurant. It tasted citrusy and refreshing with the tamarind dressing and when eaten, the juices from the pomelo sacs explodes with each bite. I would have love it better if it won't cause a mess when bringing it into the mouth.![]()
